Your information should have a clear purpose.
This notice explains how KAVO360, Inc. uses information collected through its customer-discovery survey and its optional early-access, residential-pilot-interest, and business-interest forms.
What we collect
The research portion collects property context, recent experiences, priorities, difficulty ratings, claim experience, optional written feedback, general geography through ZIP code, acquisition source, survey version, device category, and completion information. It does not ask for a street address, policy number, financial account information, or property documents.
Optional contact information
Email and consent are collected only when you request launch updates, residential pilot consideration, or business and organization follow-up. You may request early access or pilot consideration directly without completing the survey. Residential contact records and professional business contact records are stored separately from research responses. When contact information is submitted with a survey, it remains linkable through an internal response reference so KAVO360 can honor consent, manage follow-up, and evaluate pilot fit; a survey submitted with contact information is therefore not anonymous.
How we use the information
- Understand property-owner problems, behaviors, and unmet needs
- Use owner-reported challenges to inform product priorities and future work
- Improve KAVO360 messaging, outreach, and survey design
- Send requested updates and evaluate voluntary pilot interest
- Evaluate potential business, program, and ecosystem conversations
- Protect the survey from abuse and maintain data quality
What we do not do
KAVO360 does not sell personal information. Survey responses are not insurance underwriting, coverage, claim, lending, or eligibility decisions. Expressing interest does not guarantee pilot selection, a partnership, a benefit, or access to any specific program.
Incomplete survey analytics
When you begin interacting with the survey, KAVO360 creates a limited server-side session record to measure starts, the furthest step reached, elapsed time, completion, general referral source, device category, and the survey and landing-page versions shown. This record uses a random session identifier and does not contain answers that you have not submitted. Incomplete session records are retained for up to 90 days for funnel analysis and data-quality review, then removed through routine automated or authorized administrative cleanup.
Access, retention, and deletion
Access is limited to authorized KAVO360 personnel who need the information for research, planning, consent management, and approved follow-up. Submitted research and consent records are retained while reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations, and the establishment or defense of claims; incomplete survey sessions follow the 90-day limit above. You may unsubscribe through a KAVO360 email or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jonathan@kavo360.com. Some limited information may be retained when required by law or needed to document a consent or deletion request.
Device-local survey draft
To reduce accidental loss, the current survey draft and its random session identifier may be saved in your browser on your device and removed after successful submission. Selecting Start over clears the locally saved answers and requests deletion of that session’s incomplete server-side analytics record. You can also remove the local draft by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Changes
KAVO360 may update this notice as the research program and platform evolve. New submissions record the consent and survey version in effect when they are submitted.
